Veracruz, Ver. Una patrulla de la Policía Municipal de Martínez de la Torre, en la zona citrícola del estado de Veracruz, fue atacada con bombas molotov e incendiada en su totalidad, sin que se registraran lesionados.
A decir de testigos, dos personas pasaron en un automóvil y aventaron las botellas, en lo que parece ser eran bombas molotov, que de inmediato incendiaron el carro oficial.
Los elementos que estaban a cargo de la unidad estaban abajo, por lo que salieron ilesos, y, aunque intentaron apagar las llamas con cubetas de agua, junto a los vecinos, no lo lograron y la patrulla quedó inservible.
Los efectivos estaban en calles de la colonia Ejidal detenidos, en comisión, cuidando el callejón en donde hace cerca de un mes un comando armado atacó a una familia matando a cuatro personas, entre ellas una mujer.
Al parecer los uniformados junto con su vehículo estaban comisionados a resguardar ese sector, en lo que la Policía Ministerial sigue con las investigaciones, pero fueron atacados por sujetos desconocidos ayer en la noche.
En pocos minutos llegaron más patrullas de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado, que se unieron a echar agua con cubetas para tratar de apagar las llamas, sin mucho éxito.
Los oficiales tenían cierta desesperación por abrir la cajuela, pero no podían debido a que el carro estaba envuelto en fuego, por lo que terminó en cenizas.
